Payments must be made according to the agreed invoice or contract terms. Projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins. Final files, website transfers, or deployment may only be delivered after full payment is received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and materials required for project completion. The client confirms that they own or have proper rights to use any text, images, logos, or other materials provided to Teck Monk Ltd.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved work will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Teck Monk Ltd reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for marketing and promotional purposes.

Teck Monk Ltd may integrate third-party tools and platforms such as hosting providers, analytics services, payment gateways, or e-commerce platforms. We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, or policy changes related to third-party services.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including business losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
